The milepost at NM 5435 6533 is no longer in situ, possibly removed during road widening. However, the cast iron mileposts one and two miles further SE survive.
1. At NM 5513 6395 below Tom a’ Chapuill, a milepost is inscribed “Salen 13 miles Kilchoan 6 miles Royal Label Factory Stratford - on – Avon”. It measures 0.75m across.
2. At NM 5556 6277 at Allt Torr na Moine, a milepost is inscribed
Salen 12 miles Kilchoan 7 miles. It measures 0.75m across.
