Full Description

NH63SW 36 6401 3328.

At NH 6401 3328 there is an oval stone-walled hut (noted by Woodham), (Information from A A Woodham to OS 9 August 1963) which measures c. 16.0m N W-SE by c. 12.5m transversely between the centres of a wall spread to c. 3.0m all round. Around the SE arc are several outer facing stones. The entrance in the SE is c. 0.8m inside splaying to c. 1.5m outside. In the vicinity of the hut are a number of stone clearance heaps, but no cultivation plots are discernible.
