Full Description

A building which is probably the bridge keeper's cottage, is shown on the SE side of Tomnahurich Bridge (NH64SE 53.01) on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1874, sheet xii), on the 2nd edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1906, sheet xii), on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1984) and on the OS Basic Scale raster map (ND).

Dating to probably 1820, the building was listed at Category C by Historic Scotland in 2014. <1>
