NC 08 31 A rapid archaeological survey of a proposed WGS on Clashnessie common grazings revealed three areas of post-medieval settlement. An arc of stones under peat at NC 0809 3191 may mark an earlier roundhouse site, but would need firmer evidence to confirm this.
A more detailed report has been lodged with Highland SMR.
