NH64NW 10 63 45.

The site of the leperhouse at Brochnain was pointed out during an excursion.
ISSFC 1898.

A leper settlement is said to have existed from the 13th to the 15th Century existed at Bruchnain between Clachnaharry & Bunchrew.
J Macdonald 1926.

No further information was found regarding the site of this leper settlement during field investigation.
Visited by OS (W D J) 28 March 1962.
