Full Description

This cairn, previously noted by OS, was not located during a pre-afforestation survey by Headland Archaeology (NMRS MS 899/93, no.10).
C Moloney and L Baker (Headland Archaeology) 13 July 1998; NMRS MS 899/93, no.10

No change. Visited by OS (J M) 23 November 1982.

Overlooking a valley is a slight mound approximately 6m in diameter and 0.4m high. It is composed of earth and stone, with its centre hollowed. It is possibly a cairn, but too mutilated for any degree of certainty.
Visited by OS (R L) 29 February 1968.
