Full Description

There is a sub-rectangular depression, aligned E-W, at the back of the terrace, on the S side of the Allt a' Chlachain, and a lade runs into it from the W. An eighteenth century plan of Drumboy (SRO: RHP 1841) depicts a building at this location, with further buildings to the W, none of which was located on the date of visit. What may be a building is located in the NE angle of the field on the N side of the field but the presence of two bulls in the field on the date of visit prevented detailed inspection.

Visited by RCAHMS (DCC) 19 March 1993.
