This cairn, situated at N end of Achanarras Hill, about 1/2 mile NNW of farm, appears as a low mound measuring 33ft N-S by 30ft transversely and up to 2ft high.
RCAHMS 1911, visited 1910

This cairn is as described by RCAHMS. A small rectangle of stones in its centre is probably the remains of a shooting butt.
Surveyed at 1:2500. Visited by OS (N K B) 11 November 1965

No change. Visited by OS (J B) 15 February 1982

Cairn. Diameter: 10m. Circular grass and heather covered mound 1m high.
