Full Description
NM67SE 3 unlocated.
The road leading from Castle Tioram (NM 66 72) to St. Finnan's Island (NM 75 68) has upwards of 40 cairns along its length. They stand singly and in twos and threes, mostly built beside burns.
This is presumably the road south from Castle Tioram passing through Glae Mhor (NM 66 70); Shiel Bridge (NM 67 69); Mingarrypark (NM 68 69); Langal (NM 71 69); and Coul (NM 74 68)
S Gordon 1935.
No local information regarding these cairns. One or two modern path marker cairns were noted between Castle Tioram and Coul, and those noted by Gordon may have been similar.
Visited by OS (R L) 3 June 1970.
