A farmstead comprising one unroofed building and three enclosures is depicted on the 1st edition of OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet xxxviii). Two unroofed structures labelled as a sheepfold and an enclosure are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1962).
