Full Description

Situated on level ground are the remains of a possible hut circle. The turf bank is 10.5m in diameter, 0.2m average height, and has an entrance in the SE.
Visited by OS (E G C) 11 April 1962.

(ND 1424 5044) Enclosure (NR) OS 6" map, (1963)

This enclosure, situated in open moorland, measures some 13.5m NW-SE by 12m transversely over a bank up to 0.3m high but otherwise vague; the entrance is now uncertain. There is no evidence of stone in the construction. The features is probably an old sheepfold. Nearby, to the W and S, are cultivation strips, buildings and enclosures abandoned in the 19th century.
