Erracht House, ancient home of the Erracht branch of clan Cameron, was in existence in 1715.
D B MacCulloch 1938.

NN 143 828. Errocht, name confirmed, a whitewashed, two-storey farmhouse, situated upon a rise of ground in the middle of Glen Loy, over looking the Lochy valley. There are modern additions at the rear of the house, which is in excellent condition. Mr R M Ogilvie, the owner, stated that the upper storey was added late in the 19th century also that the Cameron Highlanders were founded here.
