Full Description

NN39SE 1 354 927 to 372 925.

There is a bloomery at Leck Roy, at the head of Glen Roy, on the lowest of the parallel roads, and just above the keepers house.
W I Macadam 1893.

According to Mr Cameron (C Cameron, Bohuntine, Roybridge, Inverness-shire), who saw this bloomery some 50 years ago, it lay on"one of the parallel roads between Allt a Bhaile-gheamhraidh (NN 354 927) and Creagan na Gaoithe (NN 372 925), but no trace of it could be found hereabouts, or in the area indicated by Macadam, centred at NN 354 928. Visited by OS (N K B) 1 May 1964.
