Ach nan Con, a disused graveyard, average 40.0m E-W by 37.0m N-S, enclosed by a stone wall with full-grown trees along the inner side of it. There are several grave slabs and headstones lying about in disorder, also some unusually water-worn stones, no doubt used for marking interments.

The Old Glen Nevis burial ground was located on a hillock called Tom-eas-an-t'slinnean, meaning either 'Knoll of the Shoulder Waterfall', 'Waterfall of the Shoulder' or 'Cascade of the Shoulder Hillock'. The burial place had not been used for a significant amount of time, except for the very infrequent interment of someone in an ancestral layer. This was a burial place of the old Cameron family of Glen Nevis as well as other old families of Lochaber. The grave stones dated to 1792 or earlier. <2>
