Full Description

The quay was constructed in 1785 and was repaired 1939-40 when Dr Frank Fraser-Darling bough the land around the station and re-established the farmland. The quay comprises a rubble pier with a wall at the seaward face, slightly curved to partically enclose a shallow basin. <1>
