Full Description

NH80SW 15 8107 0156.

Photographs of this 19th-century single-storey house were submitted in connection with the demolition of an asbestos lean-to dating from c.1950. This is to be replaced with a garden room with slate roof. The two chimneys to the rear of the house (shown on the 2008 photographs) have also been removed together with alterations to door and window openings. The interior of the house was completely renovated c.1998 with new partitions, doors and stairs replacing fixtures which were not themselves original. <1>

The house is depicted on the 1st edition Ordnance Survey map c.1871. <2>
