NH 7083 8541 to NH 7117 8478 A desk-based assessment and walkover survey were conducted in June 2002 for the Edderton Water Mains Renewal Project. The following previously unrecorded sites were located at Edderton:

This building was subject to further photographic recording, and a sketch plan, tied into GPS readings was produced, during the course of an archaeological evaluation undertaken at the site. The building is aligned WSW-ENE, rectangular, double celled. It is interpeted as a composite farmhouse and storage/byre building, dating to the 19th century.
