Wick, 23rd Jan. [1846]. 'The following vessels were driven on shore at Loch Erribol 8th inst., during a violent gale: the WILLIAMS, Nairn, of Arbroath, loaded for the Clyde: crew saved: UNITY, from Lerwick to Liverpool: crew saved: and the MARGARET & ISABELLA, Lowrey, from Portmahomack to Ireland: crew saved.' [Record received incomplete].

(Classified as snow, with cargo of hemp: date of loss cited as 8 January 1846). Williams: this vessel stranded at Loch Eriboll. Capt. Nairn.
Registration: Arbroath. Built 1822. 95 tons burthern.
