Full Description

NMRS Report: (14/06/2004)
NC74NW 37 7104 4563

Situated on the top of a small hillock, rocky on the NW side, is a circular enclosure, 18m in diameter, with a turf-covered wall spread to 3m wide and 0.3m high. No entrance is visible. In size and appearance it is similar to NC74NW M7. It lies within a sub-rectangular stone-walled enclosure about 120m by 95m with which it appears to be contemporary. A few vague fotings within this latter enclosure point to the possibility of it being a shieling site.
