This heather-grown rectangular hut is situated on the SW end of a ridge, the greater part of which has been afforested. The hut measures 2.8m from NW to SE by 2m within boulder footings and there is an entrance in the NW end. A rectangular enclosure measuring 7.3m from NW to SE by 5.3m internally lies along the NE side of the hut. At least ten small cairns, the largest of which measures about 4m in diameter and 0.3m in height, are disposed across the ridge to the SW the fence enclosing the forestry plantation.
