NMRS, MS/829/70 (no. 5605).

(No classification specified: cargo cited as oil and oranges, and date of loss as January 1808). Endeavour: this 'foreign' vessel was wrecked at Rue Rhea. (Gairloch?). Capt. Desmorr.
(Location of loss cited as N57 51.5 W5 49).
I G Whittaker 1998.

The location and quasi-administrative area assigned to this record are essentially arbitrary. The location cited by Whittaker remains unverified. Rue Rhea is not noted as such on the 1997 edition of the OS 1:50,000 map.
