An area of rig-and-furrow, measuring 25m from NE to SW by 23m transversely, is situated on the gentle NE flank of Hornybach, a low rise within an extensive area of boggy moorland to the E of the Lybster to Watten public road. The rigs, which measure about 3m in breadth and up to 0.25m in height, are aligned NE and SW.
