This bridge, which is situated 210m SW of Lineside farmsteading (ND34SW 439), was originally constructed of sandstone slabs resting on drystone abutments set 0.5m apart. The slabs, however, have broken and collapsed, and the deck of the bridge, which measures 3m in length by 2.5m in breadth, now comprises old timber railway sleepers.
