ND34SW 363 ND 34275 44100

Nothing is visible of this cottage, which stood in what is now a field of improved pasture to the NE of the Thrumster to Sarclet public road, and some 40m NW of a former school. Depicted roofed on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet xxix), it faced onto the road and had a garden attached to its SE end. Neither the cottage nor its garden appear on the 2nd edition of the map (1907, sheet xxix).
