Wick Bay [name centred ND 376 506].
The SHAWFIELD, of Greenock, was driven on shore near the entrance of Wick Harbour, in a gale from the SSE, on the night of the 9th instant, but was expected to be got off with little damage.

The loss of this vessel is not cited by I G Whittaker (1998), presumably suggesting her successful recovery.
