This bridge spans a drain that runs from N to S through an undulating, wet terrace to the S of Loch Brickigoe. The bridge measures 2.6m in length by 1.7m in breadth and comprises slabs laid on drystone stone abutments. A bank standing at least 1m in height flanks the W side of the drain, which is part of a wider area of improvement that includes the farmstead to the NW (ND34SW 96). The drain and areas of improved ground are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet xxix).
