NMRS Report: (02/09/2005)
NH79SE 56 76569 93942

This site was recorded during archaeological fieldwork and a desktop survey ahead of a proposed water mains renewal programme in the area. A roofed rectangular building is depicted on the 1st edition OS map of the 1870s, along with a well. The well is not marked on the 2nd edition of 1906. A visit to the site revealed a ruinous rubble building with a corrugated-iron roof, surrounded by overgrowth.
