This site was recorded during archaeological fieldwork and a desktop survey ahead of a proposed water mains renewal programme in the area. A roofed rectangular building, with an attached enclosure on the N side, is marked on the 1st edition OS map of the 1870s. It is not depicted on the 2nd edition OS map of 1906 or any subsequent maps. A walkover visit showed the area to be of rough grass with no trace of a building.
