NM67SE 32 6635 7139
An enclosure was recorded here during a field survey of part of Loch Shiel Estate. It measures 45m NE-SW by 15 NW-SE and is sub-rectangular in plan. Only the W side can now be traced, defined by a broad turf bank, 2.5m wide and 0.8m high. The S and E sides are now (and were possibly originally) defined by a rocky slope. The N side appears to have been destroyed by later widening of the estate track. The enclosure and track are shown on the 1872 OS 1st edition map.
