Full Description

An enclosure was recorded here as part of an archaeological desktop and walkover survey before a new water main was laid in the area. It is marked on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps (1870s and 1906), as well as the latest OS map. The enclosure is made up of large stones as a base with turf covered walls. There is a modern fence and corrugated iron sheeting atop. The enclosure has possibly been reused as a vegetable garden.
