Full Description

This record seems to be inaccurate. The so-called hut circles below the cave are SMR NG31NE0009. The others are probably SMR NG31NE0011.

JW visited in the company of M.Wildgoose, S.Birch and M.Carmichael on 30/5/02.

On the Rudh'an Dunain peninsula, in the neighbourhood of Loch na h'Airde, are two groups of hut circles. (For one of these groups situated on the slope below the occupied cave see NG31NE 5).

Not found and no local information could be gained on their whereabouts.
Visited by OS (C F W) 9 April 1961.

MHG4896 and MHG4899 appear to be different interpretations of the same feature [ISL 14/3/17]
