This farmstead comprises a range of L-shaped plan and a detached two-storey threshing barn. The barn is built of roughly coursed flagstone with rubble quoins on the external corners, and is now roofless. The pit for a waterwheel survives against its NE side, and raggles in this wall suggest the pit was enclosed by a lean-to rubble building. The site was visited in 2000.
