All that is now visible of this heavily robbed limekiln, which has been set into the S side of a low gravel knoll 230m NNE of Fae (NJ01NE 47), is a small section of the rear of the bowl and a short length of the outer wall-face on the W. The kiln is depicted on both the 1st and 2nd editions of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1874, sheet LX; 1902, sheet LX).
