Seven cupmarks, the largest measuring 70mm in diameter by 17mm in depth, are disposed in a rough arc on an exposed section of bedrock immediately W of Balnuick farmsteading. These cupmarks were first recorded in 1995 (Highland Council SMR NH 92NE 0021); two other areas of bedrock bearing cupmarks in this vicinity (NH 92 NE 0016 & 0020), which were noted at the same time, were not found on the date of visit.
