The remains of this building, which have been reduced to grass-grown footings 0.3m in height, are situated on a terrace overlooking a small burn gully 35m NE of Ballinluig farmsteading (NJ02SE 40). Only about 4m of the N end of the building, which measures 5m in breadth, remains; a short length of wall, also reduced to footings, runs parallel to the N end of the building at a distance of 1m.
The building is not depicted on either the 1st or 2nd edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1874, xlviA; 1902, sheet xlviA).
