This farmstead, which is situated on a terrace 230m ESE of the confluence of the Dorback Burn and the Allt Molach, comprises two rectangular buildings, both reduced to grass-grown footings about 0.3m in height, standing on the E side of a yard or enclosure marked by a stony bank. The southern building measuring 9m from NNE to SSW by 5m transversely overall and there is an entrance in the E side. The other building, which lies immediately to the N, measures 11.5m from NNE to SSW by 5m transversely and has wide opposing entrances. What may be a midden hollow is situated immediately E of this building. A pen with an entrance in its NNW end is attached to the N side of the enclosure, close to its NW corner. A scatter of clearance cairns is visible immediately to the E of the farmstead.
