NG34NW 13 306 492

Lying on the east facing hill-side running up to Strone Geers, at a height of 100m OD is a large grass covered stone mound. The mound measures 12m in diameter and stands 3m high. Lying on the summit is a small cairn of stones 2m in diameter and 0.5m high. At the foot of the mound, on the east side, are traces of a shieling type structure, badly degraded but probably of twin-cell type.
