Line of linear boulders extending c. 80m out into water. About 10m. Wide.
CFA/MORA Coastal Assessment Survey 1998 <1><2>
Information from a participant in the Black Isles Heritage Memories project. Grain, stone and wood transported out & coal delivered in. Used until 1920s. Coal used for domestic use and for threshing mills. Railway sleepers came there for the building of the Conon to Cromarty railway. <3>
