NG 4661 4360 Across the river from NG 4667 4352, on a natural, level terrace, are the very degraded remains of at least three shielings. This group consists of:
A pair of 2.00 metre diameter, turf, shielings and a single very degraded 5.00 metre by 4.00 metre, sub-rectangular, stone structure. There may be more shielings in the group but the area has been extensively cut up by flash floods obscuring and washing away some of the remains.
Martin Wildgoose, December 1998.
