NG35NE 8 centred on 399 570.

(NG 399570) A depopulated township comprising about 12 ruined houses and enclosures, situated on the lower W facing slopes of a hillside leading out of the S side of Glen Hinnisdale.
Visited by OS (C F W) 3 May 1961.

Three unroofed long buildings and an enclosure are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire, Isle of Skye 1880, sheet xi). Thirteen unroofed buildings, seven enclosures, some field walls and, approximately 600m to the NE, a field-system are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1968).
