Sites identified during an archaeological survey by NOSAS in 2006.
NG 93014 11404 A sub-circular shieling mound, measuring c3.5m N-S x 3m. There is a stone revetment around the steepest side of the mound.
NG 93032 11408 A probable shieling hut, measuring c3m N-S x 2m internally, with a 0.8m internal diameter outshot at NE corner.
NG 93053 11403 An oval shieling mound, with a central depression, measuring c3m NE-SW x 2m internally.
NG 93083 11495 A roughly figure of eight shaped shieling mound.
NG 93103 11479 An oval shieling mound, measuring c3m NE-SW x 2.5m.
NG 93116 11491 The roughly square footings of a shieling hut, measuring 2m N-S x 2m internally.
