Full Description

This firing range is first depicted on the 2nd edition 25'' Ordnance Survey map of 1906. It had disappeared by 1959 and it had probably gone out of use before the construction of the Second World War gun battery. The targets are located on the eastern seaward side of the range, and the maps also depict 200 and 500 yard markers. <1>-<3>
