Full Description

A stackyard with an attached enclosure was recorded during a field survey of a proposed new house site. Two stone-based stack stands lie in the north-west corner of the stackyard. An evaluation trench (Trench Hin.04) placed close to the north-west corner of the house failed to identify the stackyard enclosure wall, which was seen to end 2 meters from the house. <1>
