Full Description

Two sections of stone dyke were noted during a walkover survey in 2000. The first appears to have been constructed using rubble from demolished buildings as well as stones from field clearance. The second section is uniformly constructed of rounded beach pebbles with rough cap stones. The dyke is acting as a retaining wall for the field behind. <1>
