Full Description

Photographs of this building were submitted as a requirement of planning permission for the demolition of the existing extension and erection of a new extension and garage. The photographs mostly comprise a record of the existing extension, a timber-framed corrugated-clad building split into two parts. <1>

The crofthouse is depicted on the 1st edition Ordnance Survey map of 1881 but doesn't seem to be present on the 2nd edition Ordnance Survey map. However the appearance of the building suggests a late 19th-century date so the map evidence is probably misleading. <2><3>
