Full Description

A late C19 building known as Sandpiper Cottage, located at Lower Pitkerrie in Fearn. The building appears on both the 1st and 2nd edition OS Maps and so is dated to, at latest, 1874, although of probable earlier date.

A photographic survey was carried out under the conditions of a planning application, in August 2005. <1>
