Full Description

A walkover survey and watching brief in 2007 identified a memorial stone to an Edith Dickson. It comprises an undressed boulder measuring 0.2m thick and 0.5m high. An inscription on the front reads: "IN LOVING MEMORY OF EDITH DICKON NEE THOMPSON BORN 7 7 1907 DIE 8 1 1993". The fieldwork report contains a photograph of the stone. <1>
