Full Description

This site was notified to us by a visitor to the HER website in August 2008: "Slumbay is a Viking word & the island provides an excellent harbour on its eastern side. However in easterly gales you would need somewhere to land & draw your boat up on it's western side! This looks like the place, all large rocks & boulders appear to have been removed, with the natural outcrops of rock making two "piers" aiding landing!" <1><2>
