Full Description

The store lies E-W and is a single storey pitched roof building which has been sub-divided into various storerooms and offices. The roof is is lined with flat asbestos cement sheeting and clad externally with ridged asbestos cement sheets. The brickwork is of good structural order. Linked to it's eastern gable but lying on a N-S axis is a second store building comprised of a long semi-circular nissen hut (see MHG51391) <1>.

As previously described. Internally a number of interesting features survive such as the original cast concrete shelving <2>. Photographed <3>.
