Full Description

A group of various military buildings no longer visible were located here when the camp was active. They are best viewed on 1940's aerial photographs (CPE/UK/0225 3455-6) and to some extent on OS 6" mapping c.1975 (epoch 5a). A few of these buildings may survive as concrete hut bases and hard standings, the main structures of which have been cleared. It is likely that they mainly comprised Nissen huts and timber buildings <1>.
